Jase’s lean marketing team wanted to convey the brand’s distinctive value proposition to high-intent audiences, while maximizing their limited resources. With return on advertising spend (ROAS) growth as their primary goal, the ability to accurately track campaign performance — both in-platform and via third-party measurement tools — was essential.

Prospecting, Retargeting, MNTN Matched

Focused on driving new business, Jase kicked off their CTV efforts with Performance TV prospecting. MNTN’s comprehensive audience suite allowed them to strategically target multiple generations to create new business opportunities. They also tapped into MNTN’s integration with LiveRamp and other trusted data providers to connect with specialized groups like viewers of major news networks and travel enthusiasts — i.e., audiences Jase expected were more likely to understand the importance of medical preparedness.

After experiencing success with prospecting, Jase layered in retargeting to drive lower-funnel performance. Their campaign specifically targeted users who had viewed multiple pages on their website without converting, encouraging these engaged prospects toward purchase.

Looking to further elevate their CTV performance, Jase became an early adopter of MNTN Matched. The targeting technology recommended several high-intent keywords including home health care, travel planning, and education resources, which Jase supplemented with their own selections. MNTN Matched then connected these keywords with real-time consumer data to build highly relevant audiences with the strongest likelihood to convert after viewing their commercials. This innovative audience targeting solution was particularly valuable during Q4 and the winter holidays.


The Results

Significant Performance Improvements and Measurable Business Growth

MNTN equipped Jase with comprehensive reporting tools and seamless integrations, enabling them to accurately measure performance — while gaining the added confidence of cross-platform validation.

Since launching their CTV efforts with MNTN, Jase has experienced remarkable performance improvements. From July to August 2024 alone, they saw a 49% month-over-month (MoM) increase in visit rate. And this increased site traffic didn’t come at the expense of quality — during the same period, they achieved a 47% MoM increase in ROAS and an 11% lift in conversion rate.

On top of this, MNTN Matched gave Jase the competitive advantage needed to drive meaningful business throughout the crowded holiday season. During the critical Cyber Five shopping period (the days from Thanksgiving to Cyber Monday), they used MNTN Matched keyword targeting to reach and convert high-intent customers — exceeding their ROAS goal by an impressive 32%.
