Chamber Media Strengthens Fitness Client’s Conversion Rate by 9.5x With MNTN Performance TV

Jaquish Biomedical is a research and development group that applies new findings in human physiology to physical medicine and rehabilitation device design. With the anniversary sale of Jaquish Biomedical’s revolutionary variable resistance home gym system — the X3 Bar  — approaching, they looked to their agency, Chamber Media. As a direct-to-consumer growth and video specialist, Chamber Media was looking for an advertising solution that was as innovative and results-oriented as Jaquish Biomedical.

Taking a data-driven, strategic approach to advertising, Chamber Media wanted to activate Connected TV (CTV) to produce the best possible performance for the event. MNTN Performance TV was just what the agency needed to drive meaningful business for Jaquish Biomedical before, during, and after the sale.

A sale is often a key moment for driving any business. Still, the X3 Bar anniversary sale event was particularly significant — Jaquish Medical rarely runs sales, so Chamber Media wanted to produce strong results and blow the previous year’s results out of the water. To ensure the sale’s success, Chamber Media needed to expand Jaquish’s website audience. MNTN’s data-driven features helped Chamber Media capture fresh consumer segments before the sale and exceed the previous year’s performance by a significant margin.

Prospecting, Retargeting

Chamber Media knew that to generate more website traffic before the X3 Bar sale, they needed to target new, high-intent customers interested in health, fitness, and strength training. To effectively grow Jaquish Biomedical’s website audience and get potential customers excited about the X3 Bar, Chamber Media launched Performance TV prospecting.

A month before the sale, Chamber Media developed a robust prospecting campaign targeting audiences beyond those Jaquish Biomedical had previously reached via other advertising channels like Meta, Google, YouTube, and email. Using MNTN’s comprehensive audience-building tool — which gave them access to thousands of consumer segments — they served ads to groups with interests similar to Jaquish Biomedical’s X3 Bar, such as fitness enthusiasts, sports buffs, and Equinox gym members.

Chamber Media built a retargeting audience beforehand, as well. To capture information about site visitors, they implemented MNTN’s pixel — a simple piece of code used to track consumer actions — on Jaquish Biomedical’s website 60 days before the sale.

The data from the pixel enabled Chamber Media to create an effective retargeting campaign that they launched at the start of the X3 Bar event. To engage with and encourage business from consumers who had shown interest in Jaquish Biomedical, they targeted people who had visited the website in the previous 30 days but hadn’t made a purchase.

CTV ad creative was also a vital part of the success of these Performance TV campaigns. To best resonate with their ideal customers, Chamber Media worked with Jaquish Biomedical to develop powerful advertisements featuring clear, product-focused imagery and an assertive narrative and voiceover.


The Results

Increased Conversion Rate and Revenue, Decreased Cost Per Acquisition

With MNTN, Chamber Media was able to both expand Jaquish Biomedical’s audiences and produce top campaign performance. Using Performance TV’s customizable reporting suite, Chamber Media tracked results in real time. What they saw blew them away.

Within three months, the Jaquish Biomedical Performance TV campaigns generated an overall cost per acquisition (CPA) 40% below goal. Chamber Media also increased revenue for Jaquish Biomedical by 29% year-over-year. The cherry on top: the conversion rate skyrocketed by 9.5x from pre-sale to post-sale (4/3/23 – 5/24/23).

Chamber Media and Jaquish Biomedical were thrilled with these results, so much so that they turned to MNTN to help them produce results during a historically fruitful time — the Black Friday campaign season.
